Moving from management into leadership is not a matter of taking the lessons of management and moving them up a notch. Leaders are not a more advanced form of managers. This program examines these critical differences and provides the lessons and experience for developing a solid leadership foundation.
Note: This program recommends using the Leadership Skills Inventory and Values Indicator for self-assessment on leadership competencies.
