Influence Without Authority

Many work in organizations that have no boundaries and face challenges for getting things done in this environment. Often this means operating without authority or where authority is questioned. This program will define the key components of influencing others, why a sense of power and credibility becomes foundational for persuasion and how various personal preferences impact influencing behaviors and communications. This program also provides the technique of delivering messages (both verbal and non verbal) when getting things done seems to reach an impasse.
