Dealing With Conflict

Conflict can easily damage relationships and team performance within organizations when not handled effectively. This program will examine how to manage conflict effectively, especially when dealing with different personalities. Participants in this program will learn how to keep conflict from escalating and how to use the POD (perspective, outcome and delivery) technique. The program ends with significant emphasis on how to develop trust as a way to minimize conflict.

Learning Objectives

Note: It is recommended that either Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode or Dealing with Conflict self-assessment instruments be used to identify conflict management preferences.
