Collaborative Coaching

Organizations are relying more and more on coaching as part of their talent development strategy. When done well, it allows individuals to develop and reach their full potential. This program centers on two points: how a manager develops the skills, abilities and knowledge in employees so that they perform their functions at the highest level; and how they can develop their potential on their own. The basic premise of this program is that the excellent manager/coach works not on what needs to be “put into” an employee, but rather what needs to be “brought out” from the employee.
